How It Started

KG was founded by a financial leader who began her career as an auditor, working with businesses across a wide range of industries, sometimes quite literally setting up in back closets or dusty storage rooms just to get the job done. That early experience provided more than technical training; it offered a firsthand view into how businesses truly operate and the financial challenges they face behind the scenes.

Later, in Controller and Chief Financial Officer roles, she saw how transformative strong financial leadership can be. That experience became the foundation for KG, which provides business owners with expert financial support and strategic insight without the cost or complexity of maintaining a full in-house finance team.

With more than 12 years of experience across assurance, controller, and CFO roles, she brings both financial expertise and a leadership-driven approach to every client. As a former collegiate athlete she understands the strategic execution required to succeed and how to perform under pressure.
